Norwegian Cruise Line marketing
chief Ben Angell and APT Group
managing director Chris Hall.
The participants spoke about
the ongoing growth in cruising,
particularly in the Australian
market, how they are marketing
to consumers and the trade,
distribution via APIs and the
impact of capacity on pricing and
yield for cruise lines and agents.
